Deforestation
Deforestation means that trees are disappearing. It has an
impact on the habitat of animals that are in the forest.
The environmental impact is that killed millions of trees. The beetles started in the mid 1970s.When storms hit wind felled trees this provided spruce bark beetles a home. They ate the inside of the trees. Forests have many concerns like spruce bark beetles eating insides of the trees. Last year or two there was a fire in the bog. And it destroyed lots of trees. The spruce bark beetle started to grow in the 1970,s infecting trees until today.

The way to prevent
Deforestation we could conserving trees. Conserving means saving or reusing resources. The forest service orders the area to be cleared as quickly as possible. So that at least a portion of the value of the timber could be realized.
