Session 1: Homestay fee based on arrival on July 3, 2011 and departure on July 30, 2011 (27 nights in total). Session 2: Homestay fee based on arrival August 1, 2011 and departure on August 20, 2011 (19 nights in total). Additional homestay nights before or after these dates are available at $35 per night. |

Students attending sessions one and two would pay $1,680 for homestay inclusive of dates July 3rd to August 20th, 2011. |

| Fees for customized programs will vary depending on
the duration of the program and the types of activities included
in the program. |

| Refund
Policy |
|
| All applications for refunds must be made
in writing and addressed to the International Education Program office of the New Westminster School District. Calculations
for refunds will be made based upon date of receipt of written notification. |

| Intensive English Preparation Program |
|
- Full Refund, subject
to an administrative charge of 10% of the Total Fees Payable,
if application for Student/Visitor Visa is rejected.
- 2/3 refund if withdrawal
occurs more than 14 days before the scheduled start-date
of the program.
- 1/2 refund if withdrawal
occurs less than 14 days before the scheduled start-date
of the program.
- No refund if withdrawal
occurs after the scheduled start-date of the program.
