| Notes for Fee Schedule: |
- Application fee can be paid by bank-transfer, money order, certified cheque, VISA, or MasterCard. Tuition and other fees can be paid by banktransfer, money order, or certified cheque. Please make cheques or money-orders payable to New Westminster School District.
- The fees listed are in Canadian dollars. Please note that the fees are subject to change without notice.
- *There is a daily homestay fee of $27 per night during the Orientation Program for students, which begins 2 weeks before the semester starts. This fee is in addition to the fees listed. Students leaving after the end of the final day of the month of January or June also pay $27 per night.
**Daily homestay fee of $29 per night for students in Grades 7-8.
- There is a homestay monitoring fee of $50 per semester for students continuing in the homestay program for the subsequent semester(s), after the first two semesters.
- Students should be aware that there are additional school participation fees payable during the school year. Please contact the International Education Program Office for details.

Refund
Policy for Tuition Fees |

- All requests for refunds must be made in
writing to the General Manager, International Education Program Office.

- A full refund
(less application fees) will be given if Canadian Immigration
does not approve a student authorization.

- To obtain a refund, a request in writing must include
a formal Letter of Rejection and the original Letter
of Acceptance issued by the International Education Program Office, New Westminster School District No.
40. The letters should be received by the General
Manager within six months of the date of refusal.

- 2/3 refund when a student
withdraws or becomes a landed immigrant prior to the commencement
of the program.

- 1/2 refund when a student
withdraws or becomes a landed immigrant after commencement of
the program but before 30 calendar days have elapsed.

- No refund will be granted
to:

- Student who withdraws from any course after 30 days
from the commencement of the program.

- Student who withdraws after 30 days after enrolment
date.

- Student who is dismissed from the program due to
breach of the law or regulation as determined by Government
